Counselling

Ministering to the Mind
If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you got -Jackie Mabley

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Jan Lee has a holistic understanding of personality and believes that there is a spiritual dimension in all of us that continually urges us towards awareness, creativity, honesty, self-responsibility, caring, interdependence and joy of life. Her approach to counselling is person-centred and she draws on a range of talking and expressive therapies according to your needs. She works with adults and young people individually, and also with family groups.

Career Counselling
This process helps you gain clarity around your skills, interests and values. It will help you explore more and less obvious career options and to make decisions that are viable, satisfying and rewarding. Psychometric tests are an available option.

Clinical Supervision
Supervision for counsellors and trainees.

Sam Held - Transactional Analysis (TA)
TA suggests we repeatedly follow 'life scripts' from early childhood experience which prevents us from achieving adult goals. In counselling, Sam will work with you to gain 'Personal Autonomy', to step out of the scripts and to take control of your life.
